Programme Board

The purpose of the Programme Board is to oversee and guide the Momentum: Pathways to Healthcare process that leads to the development and implementation of a new hospital and primary and community services and facilities for Teesside.

The Programme Board is a co-chair arrangement between the Chief Executive of North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and the Chief Executive of Hartlepool Primary Care Trust and Stockton on Tees Teaching Primary Care Trust.

The Programme Board has a core membership which is augmented at various stages of the programme with appropriate people relevant to the type of work that is being undertaken.

The Programme Board is a steering group and does not have the delegated authority of any of the organisations. It is entirely an officer-group charged with the responsibility of ensuring delivery of the programme. 

The Programme Board will meet every two months or more frequently at the request of the Programme Director.
