The Programme Team works under direction of the Programme Board and has a core membership of dedicated full time staff headed by the Programme Director. The team is supported by a group of individuals who are responsible for carrying out the work detailed in the programme plan. The Programme Team membership changes to reflect the particular stage of the programme and the current projects that are taking place.
